Congrats to A.J. Pierzynski, who scores MLB's first AL Player of the Week in 2008!He had a .529 average, with 2 home runs and 9 hits in the first week. He was also in the mix of nearly every good play during that time. Maybe it just seemed that way.
A.J. has been working with a Nintendo DS, playing a game that is supposed to improve hand/eye coordination. It looks like it's working just fine!
