The sad thing about Paulie is that even if he does produce 3 similar seasons to last year, he will only be looked at as another Fred McGriff conundrum.
Fred's not in(thanks to the a**hats at HOF)and Paulie would have to just make it up to Fred's level just to be shunned.
HOF is for suckas anymore. Baseball fans know who the real HOF'ers are. Fred's one in my book, and, given time and production, so is Paulie.
Will Konerko do enough in the next few years to have a legit shot at the HOF?
