Andy Sisco went for Tommy John elbow reconstructive surgery on Monday. He is expected to miss between a year and two years. Will this be the end of Sisco?It seems like it will be the end of him in the Sox organization. Mostly because of the 2007 season, it appears Andy is out of options when he returns. It should be interesting in a year or two. Until then, I wish Andy the best of luck in his surgery.
