Whenever I get a package from the United Kingdom, it can only mean one thing. Another package from John of the awesome blog, The Pursuit Of 80's(ness)!
This would be my first package of 2010. Please hold all your applause until the end. No, seriously. If you don't stop, I'll have to slap you in the face with a striper. If you think I won't go bass on your ass, think again.
Pardon the outburst, but some people can be so rude. If you'll allow me to gracefully shuffle past this intrusion, let's get on with it. S'allright? S'allright.
Anyway, let's see what cards John sent over, shall we?

Thanks, John! These were really great! I am especially psyched about the minor league cards. The 1989 ProCards set was the first minor league pack that I ever bought, way back in 1990. They were surprisingly at a local mom and pop store called Dairy Basket. It has since turned into a Hooters restaurant, but I still have fond memories of riding my bike up to the store and picking up bread, milk and a pack of cards.
Thanks for the memory jog and the cards! I should be sending you some cards shortly.

I wasn't sure about the minor league cards, so had to do some research, so I am glad to hear they bought back some good memories. Always a pleasure to trade.
