February 25

1982 Fleer #344 - Kevin Hickey

On this day in 1956, Kevin Hickey was born in Chicago, Illinois.

Kevin played three seasons with the White Sox, from 1981 until 1983, and was dealt, along with a very young Doug Drabek, to the New York Yankees in August 1984. After bouncing around a few organizations in the minors, Hickey stuck with the Baltimore Orioles and played with them in the majors from 1989 until 1991. He may be best remembered as "Schoup" from the movie Major League II.

Currently, Kevin is the Chicago White Sox batting practice pitcher.
