Tim Belcher got the win in relief of an ineffective Jason Bere, as the White Sox won against the Toronto Blue Jays, 7-4. In the top of the sixth inning, Frank Thomas homered and Lance Johnson tripled in Ellis Burks and Bo Jackson to go ahead for good.
