1966 James T. Elder Postcards #919 - Jim Lemon

On this day in 1963, Jim Lemon was released from the Chicago White Sox.

The White Sox were Jim's third and final team of 1963. He started with the Twins, where he had been since 1954 (when they were in Washington), then went to the Philadelphia Phillies and finally the White Sox. While with the Pale Hose, he appeared in thirty-six games, hit .200, with a home run and eight RBI.
