1911 T205 Gold Border #NNO - Jiggs Donahue

On this day in 1906, the White Sox won the World Series against the Cubs.

The only game that was won by the home team all series, the White Stockings won Game 6 by a score of 8-3. The Sox scored seven runs in the first two innings off of Cubs ace Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown. George Davis and Jiggs Donahue each drove in three each. The "Hitless Wonders" managed fourteen hits in this deciding game.
